Photos below from Nigel Caldicott.

The photos were taken at Didcot in the summer of 1986. I don't remember the exact date. They show the name and number plates for when Campaigner had to wear Yeoman's identitiy. First, the name/number plates are seen on the floor of the steam shed and then a volunteer is seen pop riveting a number plate into position. Note the cast alloy lion & wheel emblems in the cab doorway. The other photographs show D1010 Camapigner in green inside the steam shed receiving the first number plate. The second image is of one of the cab interiors (sorry, I can't remeber which end) showing the eight or so years of quarry dust and missing gauges.
