Tony T-B has painted the seat frames in a coat of "Rail Grey" gloss and Brad has painted one of the headcode panel outer faces black.
Tony hopes to paint the second headcode panel during the coming week.
Two young volunteers, Jack and Tom, have painted the pipework and air receivers associated with the Triple Valve and AVIV in white gloss.
It is also hoped that the two fuel pipes that are masquerading as electrical conduit will be cured of their identity crisis' shortly!
The main res pipe at No.1 end that was incorrectly orientated has now set it up properly meaning that all buffer pipes are now in order.
With Brad's help, the seized screw coupling at no.2 end was removed and replaced with a serviceable example.
The old one fought all the way so I guess it didn't want to leave the loco after all these years!
