D1010: Good progress today with Martin and Gordon working inside the engine room to install several of the switch protection devices connected to the engine. It is hoped a start up can be attempted before the end of the month.
D3462: The 08 shunter was back with us for some work today. Minor problems were dealt with like the windscreen wipers, the controller being stiff and a blown light bulb. One of the oil cooler elements on the front of the loco has been leaking oil. Simon and John set about removing a replacing it. However under a run up at the end of the day there was still a leak so this will have to be dealt with next Saturday.
03119: The loco is still in the shed under repair with the brake system getting some attention.
D1661: The loco was started and run for a couple of hours today.
