Painting of the loco continues apace at Cranmore.
The grey roof has now been completed and the small yellow ends applied.
The body sides are in all over undercoat and it is expected that the dark green gloss will be applied during the coming week.
Ultrasonic Axle Testing is scheduled to be conducted on 9th April. In anticipation of this, all axle box covers were checked to ensure that the cover securing bolts are free to undo and a quick internal examination was performed.
